Education Foundation, a division of The Foundation for Young Australians, is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its website users and other contacts. Our Privacy Policy covers all programs run by Education Foundation and will be reviewed periodically and changed as necessary.

The ruMAD? website

We do not use cookies on our websites and you can access and browse them without disclosing your personal data. Anonymous information is collected, such as the number of visitors to the site in a given period, but it is purely statistical and cannot be used to identify individual users.

The member’s section of the ruMAD? website enables you to upload project content, including photographs and videos, please refer to the www.rumad.org.au Terms of Use for governance of this information.

Collection and Disclosure of Information

We collect limited personal information from our members that is required in order to provide them with a member account, such as: Name, Email, School Name, School Location and School Phone numbers. This information is stored on a database that is managed by Education Foundation which is for internal use only.

We do not give any outside organisations access to our database. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to any individual or entity outside Education Foundation for marketing purposes. We may release information about you where there is a duty to the public to disclose that information, where we are required by law to disclose the information or where the interests of Education Foundation require disclosure.
